An 04' Saab 9-3 Linear Auto. I thought I heard on an engineering forum it has one of the stiffest chassis. I really like the way the auto transmission shifts, really makes good use out of the good low end torque of the engine and it is very sensitive to steering input.
Saabs do always have one problem though somewhere due to a mess up by GM. Did you have that transmission oil cooler quick coupling bs recall done? Apparently due to a faulty o-ring that seals the trans oil line to the side of the radiator, coolant leaks into the trans and eventually causes gearbox malfunction = replace trans. Wouldn't that be an external leak? I always thought there was some cover up with that recall...
